Women's Herbal Gathering

September 24-25, 2021

Herbal Emporium

We are proud to offer a beautiful market showcasing herbal artisans. Find hand-crafted herbal and sustainable products in our Herbal Emporium. Examples of products offered at previous events include herbal remedies, live plants, sustainable clothing, jewelry and books, as well as information on herbal education. Plan ahead and let’s support these wonderful artisans!

Our market has indoor, outdoor, and online spaces available. Indoor spaces include a single 6-foot table or, for corner spaces, two 6-foot tables. Each booth area has space on either side. There are a limited number of vendor spaces so prompt registration is encouraged. Electrical power outlets are very limited in the market and cannot be guaranteed. Wifi is available.

Vendor registration and setup begins at noon on Friday, September 24. Vendors may open to customers beginning Friday, 2PM-8PM. Saturday vending opens at 7AM. All vendors must be cleaned up and out of the building by noon on Sunday, September 26.

Each vendor must go through an approval process to ensure that we maintain a diversity of products. To start the approval process, submit registration and payment. All vendors will be notified of approval status once registration and payment is received. If a vendor is not approved, all payments will be refunded.

Interested in vending online? Our virtual vending booths are fully customizable so you can showcase your products to our entire BotanicWise Community (almost 2,500 members). Virtual vending is included (optional) with the purchase of an in-person vending ticket.

COVID Precaution: Masking is required in the indoor vending area, regardless of vaccination status. Limited outdoor vending space is available for those unable to mask.

“Although my vending business shows up at a two farmers markets throughout the summer and I interact with an enlightened public on a regular basis, I was not prepared for how deeply connected and inspiring the people at this conference would be.”
